Britney Spears and Paris Hilton are taking their act onstage: The pair will co-host next week's Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas.Now, Britney has changed her mind. She doesn't wanna be onstage with Parisite:
"There are no plans for either to perform, but they will host the event together," says a show source. "They’ll be fun onstage together."
Britney Spears has abruptly pulled out of co-hosting with the heiress on the Fox Billboard Music Awards, scheduled to air live on December 4.Is Britney realizing that Parisite is using her just like Federsperm did? On the other hand, Britney's kind of using Paris as her resource for parties. If they co-hosted, maybe they would have worn matching shirts and Brit would go commando.
"She pulled out," confirms a source with Fox. "She didn't give a reason."
Hilton is still a possible host despite losing Spears as a sidekick. Other sources confirm that as recent as this morning, agents for both Hilton and Spears were hashing out the final terms of the contract, but at 5pm today, Spears had backed out of negotiations.
"We really don't know the reason. But we're disappointed she backed out." says a Fox source.
The source says the show may go on with Hilton as solo host, or it may feature comedian (and Fox sitcom star) Brad Garrett, given he's at the top of the show producer's wish list.
At press time, neither Hilton or Spears' reps were available for comment.

Snoop Dogg and two members of his entourage were arrested Tuesday on suspicion of illegally possessing a handgun and drugs following the rapper's performance on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno in Burbank, Calif., say police

Police spokesman Sgt. Kevin Grandalski said the rapper (real name: Calvin Broadus) was arrested at 6 p.m. for investigation of being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, possessing cocaine, transporting marijuana and having a false compartment in his vehicle. The bust followed a search of his Diamond Bar, Calif., home and his car, Grandalski said.
"The search warrant was served to further an investigation related to Mr. Broadus's previous arrest on Oct. 26, 2006, at the Bob Hope Airport in Burbank. The previous arrest was for being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm and for transportation of marijuana. After that arrest, Mr. Broadus was released on $35,000.00 bail."
After this latest arrest, the rapper was released at around 1 a.m. Wednesday on $60,000 bail.
"He was in a car pulling out of the studio" when police stopped him, said Donald Etra, Broadus's attorney, "As of this point, he stands innocent of all charges," Etra said. "The goal tonight was to get him out of jail. The goal tomorrow is to deal with the case." An arraignment is expected on Jan. 11, he added.source
