I thought Paris was on house arrest! OK, she is, but this pic of what Paris might look like with an electronic monitoring device is pretty funny. I think she needs to spice up the ankle bracelet with something like this, though. A little bling does the body good.
She may not be wearing it for long though. The City Attorney asked for a hearing today to determine why Paris was allowed to leave the jail, and the judge granted the request. It's off to court she goes ... again.
